THE FELDENKRAIS METHOD

AWARENESS THROUGH MOVEMENT
In ATM classes and workshops students use small movements and mind-body awareness to break down individual, unconscious habits that contribute to pain or inefficient use of their skeletomuscular system. In the process, they discover and build a foundation of healthier movement patterns, ones that help them attain greater agility, comfort, and muscular efficiency.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
At Restorative Motion, we don’t just employ Feldenkrais to help you feel and move better by reshaping deep patterns, we center agency and freedom in the process, teaching you the tools to learn how to do it and take care of yourself. We also specialize in working with individuals dealing with chronic conditions and pain.
